Research revealed that 80% of purchase decisions amongst the demographic were made based on word of mouth references and suggestions. Knowing this, we decided that the best way forward was to empower influencers in the community to help establish a ‘Word Of’ buzz through social media and popular blogs (most of them not car focused).
